Accessibility

Last updated November 6, 2026

This is how we make acabo work for everyone, what we know still needs fixing, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

The short version

  • We want everyone to be able to use acabo, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or other assistive tech.
  • We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
  • We haven't had an outside accessibility audit yet, so some things may not work as they should.
  • If something gets in your way, email us. We'll help you do what you came to do and fix the problem.

The full text below is what counts. The short version just helps you find your way.

1. Our commitment

acabo connects brands with AI creators from all over the world. That only works if the site and the app work for everyone who wants to use them. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard most accessibility laws point to.

2. What we've done

  • Pages are marked as English, so screen readers read them in the right language.
  • Pages use real headings, lists and landmarks, so you can jump around with a screen reader.
  • Sign-up forms label every field and choice, and read out errors when they appear.
  • The creator sign-up tells you which step you’re on.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the moving sections of the site stop moving and the counters show their final numbers straight away.
  • The layout adapts to any screen, from phones to wide monitors.
  • The example ads on the site are silent, so there’s no audio you’d miss without captions.

3. What we know isn't right yet

  • The example ad videos play on their own and loop, and there’s no button to pause them yet.
  • On small screens, the contents list on our legal pages is hidden. The sections are still there as you scroll.
  • Some text, like the source numbers next to our stats, is small and lower in contrast than we’d like.
  • The acabo app (the brand and creator dashboards) is new, and we haven’t checked all of it yet.

We’re working through these. If one of them stops you from doing something, email us and we’ll help right away.

4. How we check

So far we’ve checked acabo ourselves as we build it. We plan to add automated checks to every update, test with screen readers, and have an outside expert audit acabo. We’ll update this page as we do.

5. What acabo relies on

acabo is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and works best in a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Card and bank details are entered in forms run by our payment provider, Stripe.

6. Tell us about a barrier

If any part of acabo is hard to use, email hello@acabo.ai. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what device, browser or assistive tech you use, if you’re happy to share it.

We’ll reply as quickly as we can. If you can’t finish something because of a barrier, like signing up, sending work or getting paid, we’ll help you do it another way, such as by email.

Questions? Email hello@acabo.ai. See also our Privacy Policy.
